An email address where we can reach you with access information and the OS of the phone you plan on testing the app on.
Once you give us your email address, our support team will add it to the test lists corresponding to each operating system – this is why mentioning it from the start is important. For iOS phones, you need to enable the Developer mode, then access the link you will receive via email to redirect you to TestFlight, where you can download the enfineo app. For Android phones, you must give us an email address you can use in the Play Store. And off you go!
To test the app, we need to give you access via email to the version designed for the operating system on the phone you plan to use. When you send us the email, make sure you check it in the box corresponding to the correct operating system. Otherwise, the access credentials we sent you will not work.
Personal identification questions, like submitting a picture of your ID and a video of your face, are part of the KYC (know your customer) system put in place to prevent scams and identity thefts. As an account is built on more personal information that cannot be reproduced, it becomes more secure for you as a user.
Experienced users can transfer tokens (like ETH, BTC, USDT) from Testnet (Mumbai Testnet) and start testing. However, first-time users need to contact one of the staff members in the dedicated support window (chatbot in the right corner of the page). They will guide you through the process, give you test tokens, and answer any other questions.
According to our Tokenomics, you can only start to claim your tokens after listing. Therefore, there are currently zero tokens to be claimed at this point. If you wish to see the content of your wallet, click on the Vesting button from above, and you will get all the information about your tokens in a separate window.
